Mike (pictured in the top left) began working at EEA in 1998 after finishing school at Texas A&M University.  "EEA is family to me," he shared.  "I interned here and haven’t worked anywhere else in 20 years.  I’m thrilled to be part of the leadership team with all of the employee-owners for another 20 years or more."  As a new Principal, he will serve as Electrical Engineering Group Leader.

After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin and working a few years in Dallas, Sara (top middle) came to work at EEA in 2006. She said: "I am honored and grateful for the opportunity to help EEA grow." With more than a decade within the company, Sara will lead the company in the retail, commercial/food, and senior living sectors as Principal.

Since 2006, Mark (top right) has worked for EEA, and as Principal, he will focus on central plants and higher education. He said, "I’m looking forward to ensuring that EEA continues to be a source of pride for our employee-owners.  It is their commitment to excellence and standard of integrity that makes EEA the great place it is."  A graduate of Texas A&M University, Mark has also presented at several regional conferences on the topic of utility master planning and campus utility system design.

The newest Principal to EEA, Toby (bottom left), who started in 2015, says “I am excited about the new responsibility and proud to be an EEA teammate.  We have big plans for the future, and I am looking forward to the journey.” As principal, he will focus on commissioning, sustainable design, and the federal government. Before coming to EEA, Toby served as a civilian with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, worked for James Hardie Building Products, and graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington and The University of Mississippi (Ole Miss).
